The development of DTK Explorer enables us to address the frequent request of our customers for all measurement data to be linked together in a clear and structured manner that enables evaluations and statistical comparisons of measurement campaigns to be performed. Now the measurement results can be classified and displayed clearly in charts, sorted by colour coding.
Advantages
DTK Explorer is a versatile evaluation tool that offers many functions. DTK Explorer makes it possible to link the data of individual measurements together. These links have a synergetic effect and result in significantly more information being available for the infrastructure system as a whole than would be the case with an evaluation of the data of individual measurements.
Developed by our own programmers, DTK Explorer offers flexibility, such that it can be modified in future to meet further requests by our customers.
Evaluations
In evaluating what are now over 500 measurements, we have realised that the causes of problems can often only be understood when the infrastructure system is taken into consideration as a whole. DTK Explorer routes therefore allow multiple measurements to be displayed together in a clear overview. You can thus display and evaluate, say, the measurement data of a track test together with the data from an overhead wire test. The measurement data is displayed in diagrams and as a route view that can be shown by classification according to your specified limit values. Evaluations are displayed in the route view and in spreadsheet form and can be saved as .kml or .txt files for further use.
DTK Explorer also allows you to perform statistical comparisons between two measurement campaigns. This form of evaluation highlights the development of the infrastructure, enabling conclusions to be drawn for regulation works and for optimised investment planning.
